No Entrance Fee
at Garden of the Gods

The Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs is a city park.  Yes, you heard that right.  It's just like the park down the street where the kids play.  Except it's totally unlike any city park you ever saw.

In fact, the Garden of the Gods was voted the #1 city park in the entire United States.  Our park beat out New York City's Central Park.  Woohoo!!  Let's all have cake!

It means that, like every city park you've ever been to, you don't have to pay to go in!  It's totally FREE.  There is no entrance fee.

How can it be Free?

When the Garden of the Gods was donated to the city by Charles Elliot Perkins, there were three stipulations

  1. That it be free and open to the public forever.
  2. That it retain its name:  Garden of the Gods
  3. That no alcohol be served in the garden.

And so it is.

You can hike through the park, drive through the park, bike through the park and even ride horses through the park.

NO ENTRANCE FEE!!

So C'mon and see our park.  See it once or see it every day.  It never gets old!
